Scan items that have a tracking number, x-ray, sort, and then scan them into the departments or
person they belong to and receive a signature on them when they are delivered.
Research undeliverable items from the point of moving to delivery within thirty minutes with high
accuracy. The amount of items could range from 30 to 200 items which most weighed from twenty
to seventy pounds.
Improvise when incidents happened which didn’t allow normal workflow to continue regularly.
Provide outstanding customer service for various parts on the mail department.
Finish select jobs using a ten-key calculator.
Audit the tracking numbers of daily reports for incoming and outgoing items. Also, use official mail
systems such as UPS and FedEx’s computers to sort and deliver U.S and inner-office mail in a timely
manner.
Run a Pitney Bowes Meter machine to put postage on mail.
