OBJECTIVE

I am seeking new and challenging career opportunities within the field of Product Technical Support and sales for Cloud Services. My ideal

position would be a blend of software technical support (including technical writing) and sales development. I seek to apply my knowledge

and experience for enhancing existing applications and facilitate new application developments within Product Support and Cloud Services.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Currently I am a Senior Product Technical Support Director of Cloud Services products (ERP, Contract & Vendor Management) with more

than 20 years of experience in the field. As the supervisor of daily operations, I am responsible for my department providing end-user

support for Cloud Services for three product applications for government agencies throughout the nation. Technical Support services include

online Live Chat, inbound telephone support, and technical writing / handbook and email support. As Department Director, I report to the

Chief Operating Officer.

My qualifications include being a liaison between software developers and the end users for various Cloud Service applications. In this role I

communicate between the developer(s) and the end user(s) to effectively enhance a product from conception to final release. My

experience includes remotely working with developers on various technical aspects of projects and applications in the U.S. and 3 foreign

countries.

As the national sales director for Cloud Service and SaaS sales, I have generated over 25M in GRS sales for respective compani es. I

attribute my success to my ability to supervise and communicate with various levels of employees and managers. Th rough sales,

presentation experience, and a vast network of government contacts, I deliver results in lead generation, and closing strategies.

As a private consultant, I have experience in the design and development of e-commerce including online merchandising and general

purchasing for small businesses. I have several years of remote (work from home) experience.
