Scope: The TGT $100 program is to replace end of life financial

systems and drive profitable growth by transforming our Finance

teams, processes, data & systems to be global, scalable,

flexible and efficient. Leveraging SAP standard processes and

software as our financial ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

solution. Replacing majority of the 800 applications and systems

currently supporting financial transactions, analytics and

reporting across target.

Responsibilities:

. Facilitating SME for QC11 Upgrade & metrics initiative.

Scope: Ability to generate a Planogram in Prospace in a timely manner

that can be published and set in stores. Conform to the

consistent look and feel within the MPD developed applications.

Accurately pull forecasted cluster data from Assortment system.

Install vendor tools in a server environment. It consisted of

documentation of the optimization model throughout the process

to facilitate training & communication.

Module: Planogram Optimization - Assortment Analysis Application (AAA)

Scope: Planogram Optimization - Assortment Analysis was one amongst

the suite of applications in POG Optimization projects under

Supply Chain Pyramid in TARGET. This application enabled Retail

(Shelf) of the retail stores and yield maximum profit returns to

the stores.

of Basel I Compliant Risk Reporting - Pillar I (Minimum Capital

Compliance & Internal Large Exposure. Ensured high capability to
