2-5,1-7 Squadron and 115th BSB Company, that includes a Distribution Platoon,

Maintenance Platoon, and a Food Service Section consisting of 145 Soldiers;

assisted the commander in planning, coordinating, and supervising all logistical

activities that support the Squadron; advised the Commander on enlisted Soldier

matters to include duty assignments, promotions, military justice, awards, moral,

welfare, professional development, and equal opportunity; as the senior maintenance

supervisor, supervises, plans and directs the sustainment maintenance of all wheeled,

armament, power generation and utility equipment.

MAINTENANCE CONTROL SUPERVISOR

May 1999- July 2008

Senior Maintenance Supervisor planed coordinated and directed sustainment

maintenance of all wheeled, tracked, armament, power generation and utility

equipment for a battalion level organization. Planned layout of maintenance shops

and facilities; supervised production and quality control; evaluated as many as 46

senior leaders and monitored as many as 118 evaluations for junior leaders in nine

commodity shops. Assisted in preparing maintenance polices, technical studies,

correspondence, records, planning reports, and special reports.
