I am an Information Technology professional with over twenty years of experience in network technology
and telecommunications fields seeking an opportunity within a growing organization or company that is

Active Directory as well as Mail server and internal created applications. Updating of software such as Desktop operating
systems, Email Servers, Linux Servers, Apache Servers, Sophos Antivirus Servers, and Windows System Update Server.
Verification of the daily, weekly, and monthly backup solutions for data and emails. Creation of internal open source
media sharing server similar to YouTube and Napster.

Accountable for the daily upkeep of the servers, workstations, network area storage devices, wireless access points, and
other associated networking equipment for both internal and external staff members. Installation and maintenance of
routers and switches to facilitate network traffic to internet as well as VPN tunnels to access remote customer equipment.
Duties also included Microsoft Active Directory Windows Domain administration but not limited to printer permissions,
file and directory level sharing, user and group creation and modification. Further duties were the monitoring of servers
and computers on a 24 x 7 basis via smart phone applications, Vmware conversion of workstations and servers, and
Microsoft Exchange installation and management.

Responsible for the consolidation and relocation of 20 servers from New Haven, CT to South Bend, IN and the
assumption of daily tasks associated with general upkeep of the servers. Project tasks included virtualization of servers
and workstations with Vmware products, installation of Microsoft Exchange email system, and Spiceworks monitoring
software. Maintain helpdesk support for 12 remote users which included installation of software and diagnostic
troubleshooting to repair problems and assigning and modifying Microsoft Active Directory permissions via
Organizational Units (OU’s) and Group Policy Objects (GPO’s). Daily duties included windows domain administration,
data center renovations in environment management and security access, Microsoft and Anti-Virus updates, monitoring of
servers and computers.
