Projects:
1. Application Gateway: In this we manage employees from the day he/she
join Barclays as an employee and till the time he/she attrite. It contain
sub modules and they are as follows:
I. eStar: In this we manage employees with respect to data storage.
Employees are uploaded and managed (transferring to other manager,
referring to HR, Changing the hierarchy of business, marking overtime,
etc.) Reporting / Line Manager with the help of this module.
a. DCnG Module: Disciplinary, Capability and Grievances are managed
in this module. Managers could raise Disciplinary or Capability
cases against reportees. In Grievance, any employee within
Barclays can raise grievance against his/her manager or
colleague or employee within Barclays.
b. RHR Module: Whenever there is a capability issue against any
reporting employee, first an interview is scheduled with the HR.
For this, RHR module is used.
c. Overtime Management: Employees working for more than 9 hours a
day, he/she can mark overtime in this module. Overtime marked
must be approved by Line Manger.
d. Employee Transfer: There is always a change in employee
reporting or change in process of an employee. It is managed in
this module.
e. FnF (Full & Final): There are five departments who use to give
sign off to employee which states that, there is no due pending
from the side of employee who is leaving organization.
f. Employee Exit: After the process of department sign off, there
is an exit interview conducted with the HR. Once it is done,
employee is given final sign off by HR.
II. eTransport: This module helps users to mark their roster and make
themselves to avail cab for Pick up and drop from and to Office
III. CMS: In this module, employees who are not BSS employee but works for
Barclays are managed.
IV. Payroll: Employee's salary is managed through this module
V. VMS: In this module, visitors coming from Outside India or employees
from India but from different sites are managed
VI. Exception Tracker: It captures exception of employees like system
issues, cab delay etc.
