Packaged/Shipped photos and products to parents who have purchased

sports team and/or art work for their children utilizing Clippership

and Endicia. Shipments are sent via USPS or UPS.

Packaged/Shipped photos and products to the company franchises for

distribution.

Analysis of process improvements for speed and accuracy of shipments

based on their turn around times.

Analysis and implementation of photo and product packaging to reduce

utilized MAS90 software which required support of issues that may

arise and to determine why the monthly inventory numbers were not

accurate.

Conducted JAD sessions with stakeholders and PeopleSoft staff to

incorporate MAS90 inventory data into PeopleSoft.

Gathered Requirements for business, technical and system

specifications, developed associated documents written in MS Word

and Adobe.

SharePoint Set up and maintained documentation for the 6 systems

that I supported as well as updating status reports for management

on a weekly basis. SharePoint was also used to track MS Projects.

software, which provided billing to Part B Medicare patients.

Homecare and Hospice software provided by McKesson, which provided

Maintenance software which allowed the company to keep contracts

with vendors electronically.

Provided Help Desk support at a tier 2 level as needed. This

required working closely with the tier 1 Help Desk, users of the

software that I was responsible for supporting and with the vendor

of the appropriate software.

Assisted the Network team with the implementation of the software

that I was responsible for onto new servers within a new server farm

that was being implemented by the Network team to improve

reliability of all systems uptime for the 25 key software packages

being supported by the Systems Analyst team.

Lead/Analyst 1998-2006

Analyzed business processes for improvement to reduce company costs

on a continual basis by conducting JAD sessions with Stakeholders,

Business Units and Vendors.

Gathered business, technical and system requirements for the design

and implementation of a Signature Capture system, SharePoint for the

Sales force to share documents, integration of UPS Shipments,

VeriSign software integration for bill payments, Ames Intranet.

Created documentation based on JAD sessions and requirements

gathered for each project. The documentation was written in MS Word

and Adobe.

Analyzed, designed, developed and documented the implementation of

an automated signature capture for Ames stores across the US, Canada

and Puerto Rico and integrated into a Citrix thin client

environment.

8.0 thru version 10.0 from the legacy system and SQL Server tables.
