Duties and Responsibilities

? Maintenance & Operation of Chiller plants is having 350 TR x 10,

Emergency Generator's having 1500KVA x 4, Electrical Panels & Building

Equipment and Kitchen Equipment.

? Diagnosing breakdown problems, trouble shooting and ensure prompt issue

resolution in case of day to day operations

? Maintain & follow all check list and work accordingly to Hotel standard

with SOP(Standard Of Performance).

? Handle Guest room, public area, front of house, back of house

maintenance and staff accommodation maintenance .

? Accountable for handled inventories, stores operations, controlling &

responsibility.

? Participate & Focus on the Property Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

program as well as day to day maintenance.

? Knowledge LT Panel, Breakers, HVAC System, Cold room, Guest Room

Management System(GRMS), Building Management System(BMS), VFD, Media

Hub, Fire & Safety System, STP.

? .Responsible for the maintenance of timely and accurate logs and able to

lead a team of Technicians and engineering contractors towards

improving reliability of plant equipment and facilities

Duties and Responsibilities

? Operation & Maintenance of Chiller plants, Electrical Panels, Kitchen

Equipment, Cold rooms, A.H.U, F.C.U, Motors & Pumps and Emergency

Generator.

? Handling various maintenance techniques for up keeping of equipment's

like Electrical panel, control circuits, Motors, cold storage & Walk In

Chiller etc..

? Maintain SOP (Standard of Performances) maintenance service and

responsibility of Hospitality.

? Review policy, procedures and practices for health, hygiene, fire and

safety recommending improvements of the management.

? Monitoring & handle indoor & outdoor temperature, electrical meter,

water consumption & chemical levels.

? Acquire Knowledge of plumbing work having Softener plant, R.O (Reverse

Osmosis) plant and STP plant.

? Handled maintenance and troubleshooting various building equipment,

public area and Guest rooms complaints.

? Accountable for handled engineering inventory & engineering stores

operations and maintenance and controlling, responsibility, handling

shift.
