Advised on go-to-market strategy and valuation for a Chicago based small

business looking to raise venture capital. Also conducted market research and exit

Over a 5 year period, developed a next generation Electronic Medical Record

(EMR) infrastructure product that generated $250MM in R&D capitalization.
