place a strategic dealer development plan. Worked with Senior Management team to recruit and develop a new source of
retail and wholesale financing for North America. Developed a comprehensive Fleet and Rental Yard policy for the
Company and launched an aggressive effort to improve sales with major rental yards, national accounts and the U.S.
government. Increased loader sales 23% FY2000 over previous year.
