I am part of the Quality Assurance team. I test the different products that Tom

Sawyer Software develops. I test web and desktop products, report bugs and

track them until they are solved. I test and propose new ideas for the company’s

website. Created various QA and testing matrices.

As a consultant, I participated in Integration and User Acceptance Testing in a federal

taxation office. I diagnosed, proposed solutions, test fixes and documented bugs. I

supported the user, solving operative and business questions. I supervised and guided

two analysts when they joined the project.

deliverables, made testing scripts and user guides. I applied the corresponding QA to

every document. I made unitary and integration tests of the accounting module. After, I

self-learned the rest of the modules.

Achievements

I was sent to the client’s office, being the only analyst who provided user support.

I was promoted after a year of work, being the only Project member that earned this

recognition.

After my promotion, I was part of the first promoted analysts that were sent to a

training course in Deloitte University.
