• As Service Manager it was my responsibility to interview, hire, review, train, and if necessary fire
technical staff. As the Service Manager I was also tasked with being the “last resort” where the
problem stopped with me. Because of this it was also my responsibility to teach the technicians how
I found the solution thereby growing the team.
