Performing as Tier 3 Engineering Customer Support person and System Acceptance Tester

Re-creating the field issues in the local lab to report them to development team using ClearQuest Bug Tracking Tool

Worked on Maintenance Window for analyzing and solving field issues, upgrading the nodes to new release, etc.

Performing EFMA (Root Cause Analysis) for 7090 products obtained from the field
