. Responsible for the planning, control, and execution of programs in

final assembly and development flight test.

. Ensure projects and aircraft deliveries are completed on schedule

and within budget by leveraging the Integrated Program Team (IPT)

process and managing via the use of EVMS toolsets.

. Collaborate with internal peers and customers to ensure common

processes and procedures are being implemented across platforms

thus leveraging synergies that will result in efficiencies and cost

savings.

Senior Program Manager; Support Services Contract - Huntsville, AL, 2007 -

2013

. Responsible for planning, controlling and executing all Army

Support Services program cost, schedule, quality and technical

performance requirements

. P&L responsibility, to include profitability for the program and

maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction for programs valued

at $25 to $40M annually

. Initiated and secured the new Support Services contract, valued at

$87M, capitalizing on our relationship with the US Army UHPO and

allowing for the usage and transfer of technical data required for

the installation and testing of new systems and software.

. Provided risk mitigation and recovery plans including the

adjustment of all EACs and deliverables in accordance with the

contract

. Prepared for contract award by establishing program architecture,

finalizing integrated IMS, and commencing IMP activities by leading

all IPT program managers, lead engineers, program integrator,

finance managers, and supply chain/operations managers to ensure
