Roles & Responsibility

Working as a "SITE ENGINEER"- Electrical" Since July-13

till date in ETA STAR ASCON GROUP, Qatar.

. Detailed study/review of MEP construction drawings, architectural

drawings, contract specifications and Local authorities' regulations.

. Material Takeoff and Technical assistance for the Procurement of

materials.

. Checking & Finalizing the Quantity as per the Construction Quantity as

well as shop drawing quantity.

. Quantity maintenance by preparing relevant mock up drawings

. Assist management to control the Cost & Budget.

. Assign various teams to site activities, direct and supervise teams for

proper and timely execution of site work with safety and quality.

. Taking approvals for Site regular Inspections, Authorities Inspection,

Request for Information (RFI)

. Monitoring progress and raise work progress reports to Project Manager

. Conserving good liaison with client to achieve team goal.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

. Having good knowledge of Materials, Manpower, Tools and Equipment(s)

requirement for

Proper execution of site works.

. Ordering the appropriate materials as per contract specifications,

technical standards and approvals.

. Good Knowledge in the Installation of SMDB's, DB's, Lighting and Power

Cabling, Cable Trays, Selection of Cable, Cable Pulling, Cable

Dressing, Cable Glanding and termination, Earthing and Lightning

Protection System of Low voltage Systems as per KHARAMAA regulations.

. Familiar in the Installation of Access Control Closed Circuit

Television, Fire Alarm with voice evacuation, Central Battery Emergency

Lighting, and the corresponding system equipment's.

. Installation of ESMDB, DB, and EMCC Panels and lighting system

corresponding equipment's for various MEP Projects.

. Installation of Cable trays, Cable trunking, Cable pulling and GI

Conduiting as per KHARAMAA regulations

. Installation of Low Voltage system, Low current systems, Fire alarm and

Central Battery Emergency Lighting systems and BMS and corresponding
