year IT Transformation Deal for AT&T. This project aims to

rationalize over 1000+ systems (in scope -740 Systems out of which

530 system were identified for decommissioning) in AT&T to a

Strategic Stack for L2C-Lead to Cash, T2R-Trouble to Resolve,

C2M-Concept to Market, for all products, which serve products /

customers / contracts.

There will be three streams of deliverables:

RMC - Rationalization of systems, M -Migrate to strategic stack, C-

Closure of the legacy system, Building Strategic Stack and Business

As Usual-BAU.

before being executed. The application is designed using J2EE

framework. The application is built based on the Struts- MVC design

EJBs. The application is hosted on Web logic application server and

Oracle as the backend database.
