The application is complex in the sense it deals with many interfacing
systems like GRMS (Global Risk and Management Systems), RMSi (Risk
Management Systems), and Triumph and fulfillment systems to name a few.
Testing plays a major role in this application since it deals with sending
and maintaining the updates of the customer on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
. Batch job execution through JCL in jobtrac as well as in Control-M

The project functionality included prepaid services that American Express
provides to its customers all over the world. American Express' Travel
Related Services Company, Inc. ("TRS") includes the Travelers Cheques &
Prepaid Services Group ("TCPS" or the "Company") business unit which
manages an array of paper and plastic products.. TCPS continues to enhance
its existing prepaid products and introduce new products for its customers
and distribution partners in the U.S. and internationally. TCPS currently
offers the prepaid card products using its in-house AS400 processing
platform which will slowly be changed to an external vendor platform in
which the testing related services are taken care by Infosys Testing Team.
Basically the project that I was involved with AMEX dealt with mall cards
which finally went into hard launch very successfully.
