certified company and OEM of industrial valves for Dezurik, Fischer,

Cameron, Dresser, Velan, Circor, Streamflo, Fukui etc.

It is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high quality Valve Castings

and Industrial Valves such as Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Knife Gate Valves &

Strainers in the market. SRI manufactures valves from exotic steels, duplex

& super duplex steel, stainless steel, carbon Steel, PH duplex steel, low

temperature steel and low alloy steel.

Responsibilities:

. Manage to maintain record of every inventory inflow and outflow

. Formulate standard operating procedures

. Co-ordinate with key personnel in procurement, production & quality

control for material requirement and availability.

. Plan and manage safety stocks and keep track of ROL

. Prepare daily shortage and rejection reports

. Monitor the status of shelf-life items and ensure that they are used

within the specified time frame

. Adhere to the ISO standards and quality policy of the company

. Create GRN for the materials received

Achievements:

. Coordinated with the foundry and procurement department to reduce the

non-moving raw materials and consumables from 68% of the total

inventory to 41%

. Successfully implemented 5S at Tool-Crib and streamlined material

handling activities by formulating Standard operating procedure

. Coordinated with the Information Systems department in developing a

new MIS for the Tool-Crib to replace the conventional material

accounting process

. Improvised MIS by reducing additional process cycles in material

accounting and report preparation
