Release production orders.

Release orders for job-work / special process

Driving the team on weekly SAP exceptions, analyse the data & present to management.

Track and monitor vendor delivery performance

Monitor and regulate stock levels, both in-house and at supplier end

Parts reconciliation at in-house and at supplier place

Develop vendors to the level which organisation expects

Review purchase order, schedule agreement and VMI contracts

Driving local re-sourcing activities and work towards cost reduction for the parts

Inventory containment & reduction initiatives

Vendor rationalization to reduce vendor base, freight consolidation

Float enquiries and obtain best quotation for existing products

Taking proactive actions & timely escalations in case of crisis situations

Track, monitor and achieve the set department goals.
