Managing the Technical teams for MOBILY TX MNS Optics Project
. Responsible for the Operational management, Fault management,
Configuration Management Performance Management, Customer Complaint
and Routine Processes for the Transmission Core Network
. Responsible to manage ongoing day to day activities within the team,
by providing assistance, guidance and advice or taking appropriate
action in order to effectively resolve conflict, problems and
escalations, to facilitate optimal team performance. Respond to real
time events, escalations and day to day operational needs through the
effective deployment of suitably trained personnel in order to provide
adequate job cover at all times to meet operational expectations and
agreed service levels.

. I am accountable for validating of the TX network solutions (DWDM &
SDH); designing, installing and troubleshooting TX Solutions.
. Validating design files related to DWDM projects using Engineering
Planning Tool (EPT) after receiving it from Presales.
. Revising the SOW received from STC and matches it with the ordered BOQ
and design files.
. Updating the design files with actual fiber measurements and
contacting the customer if there are any comments and concerns.
. Modifying the design if needed after applying the fiber measurements.
. Generate the needed files "BOM, Installation report and Commissioning
files".
. Providing the needed data to the Engineering and rollout to start
their activities MOP creation, Installation and Commissioning.
. Validating the design for all new services such as 10G, 40G and 100G.
. Updating the DCN plan for the SS project with the protection links and
share it with STC.
