* M.Sc in Engineering (industrial) was awarded from Moscow Institute of
Engineering in 1981.
* B.Sc in Textile Engineering awarded from Kosygin Institute/ MOSCOW.
Working experience:
* Since 1st of April 2004 working as DPM (Deputy Production Manager) with The
Saudi Modern Factory Co. for steel & wooden furniture (SMF Co.) till today.
* Worked with Medical & Cosmetics Products Company Ltd. (MCPC) AS Production
Planner & Inventory Controller in Material Management Department (2000 –
2004).
* Material Planner and Assistant Production Manager in Riyadh Furniture
Industries LTD (1995 – 2000).
* In-Charge of Metal Assembly & Finishing, Production Finishing & Industrial
Services in Riyadh Furniture Industries LTD (1991 – 1995).
* PRODUCTION & MATERIALS PLANNER/ENGINEER in Riyadh Furniture Industries
Ltd (1983 – 1991).

Achievements:
* In Sudan I had been an assistant weaving manager, supervised and
installed about 120 Picanol looms (Belgium textile machines). I was
supervising the operation successfully sizing machines.
* Through my 16 years experience with Riyadh Furniture Industries the
following projects were executed under my responsibility and
supervision:
1. King Khalid Airport, Riyadh (Furnishing)
2. King Saud University (furnishing)
3. Mohd bin Saud University (furnishing)
4. ARAMCO Schools (furnishing)
5. Other local and international projects of the factory.
* Through my 4 years experience with Riyadh Pharma co., i
have planned production and controlled materials inventory.
* in Modern Factory Co. iam covering the following responsibilities:
1- Review and audit raw materials list and its bill of materials.
2- Follow up and execute the weekly production plan and in particular the progress
of production process.
3- Assure the compliance of raw materials received to the standards.
4- Issue the weekly production plan in absence of the production manager;
covering all the requirements as drawings, bill of materials, components of the
product and the specifications to be met.
5- Cary out all the duties of the production manager in his absence without fail.

- Prepare material requirements planning (MRP) as per Master Production
Schedule and update bills of materials and supply schedules to cover plans.
- Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly production plans and
schedules.
- Prepare manufacturing & packing orders as per agreed plans.
- Maintain stock control records for raw materials (chemical & packing
materials) work in progress & finished stocks.
- Prepare monthly stocks status and control shelf life & retest dates.
- Ensure that the production schedules are fully supported with approved
materials with right quantity at the right time.
- To control the materials inventory level in line with the company's inventory
policy.
- coordinate with other departments:
1. Marketing Department for Sales Forecast & Orders.
2. Other and/or senior Production Managers (if present) for agreed production
plans & schedules.
3. Q.C. Department for raw & packing materials approval & product final
releases.
4. Warehouse for receiving & issuing of materials to shop floor and finished
goods dispatches.
5. Main stores for finished goods dispatches.
6. Purchasing department for outstanding PRs and priorities for production
supplies as per agreed schedules.
7. Finance department for materials & finished goods inventory.
- maintain all systems, SOPs Cgmp & related records for products history and
data base for managerial reporting purposes.
