coordinating day-to-day deliverables. Developed a daily schedule for the VP and senior-level executives.
Responsible for daily briefings of the department’s objectives. Worked closely with legal department,
human resources and marketing heads. Distributed confidential legal documents internally to human
resources and various department heads and externally to the Office of the Inspector General.
Coordinated domestic and international extensive travel, and handled all logistics, including
transportation, lodging accommodations, and client meeting set-ups, periodically involving Paris, France
headquarters.
Organized monthly Executive Corporate Compliance meetings with Department Heads who reported to

product review meetings with a team from Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing several times a
week. Worked with Marketing Director on agenda and attendance of the review team. Electronically
distributed product reviewed materials and meeting agendas to the team prior to meeting. Co-chaired the
