Description

Concierge is a customized PeopleSoft application used by Citi bank branch users across 900 branches in North America for building and maintaining customer relationships. The 8000 odd custom build objects directly interact with backend applications such as GCIF(Global Citibank Integrated Facility) – Customer database, Accounts application and Citi Smart with real time integration. Concierge is a highly customized PeopleSoft Application, Business logic, completely written in PeopleSoft Application Packages and classes. Also worked on Security concerns in Banking systems and anti-money laundering.
