Have been employed in the Line Construction Field (Aerial / Underground)
field for 49 years.
Traveled extensively throughout the Western United States, and the Virgin
Islands. Have 30 years experience as a Lineman, Working Foreman, Non-
working Foreman, and General Foreman. Ten years in Supervisory Positions,
and Contract Inspector.
Have experience in Aerial line construction, Power, Telephone, C.A.T.V.,
Microwave, and Cell Towers.
Highly knowledgeable of all equipment related to aerial and underground
construction, i.e. Telsta, Hogg-Davie pole setting equipment, and
underground pulling devices such as Greenlee and Deck Wenches, including
Directional Bore Rigs. Have extensive knowledge of G.O. 95, Pac. Bell,
Verizon, and AT&T building specifications.
Employment History:
1965 to 1975 Worked as Apprentice Lineman, Journeyman Lineman and Light
Crew Foreman. Power Company and IBEW.
1976 to 1994 Worked for Pacific Bell, GTE and Telephone Co. as Aerial
Lineman Foreman, and Contract Administrator.
1995 Worked for Irish Communication Co. as Aerial Line Construction Foreman
in Weaverville area, 1996 to1997 I.T. Corp. as Quality Control Inspector
and aerial/underground construction supervisor,/ inspector. Liaison
between IT Corp. and PacBell / ATT. Concord area. Contract Coordinator.
1997-1998 Riley Communication as Line Supervisor. 1998 to 2000 North
Sky Communications as Outside Plant Construction Supervisor. Aerial and
underground. In charge of 8 to 11 sub contractors, in the Concord area, a
CATV project. Placing conduit, directional bore and trenching. Liaison
between North Sky and ATT. 2000 to 2002 Procal Electric as Power Line
Construction Supervisor Foreman. Liaison between ProCal and Southern Cal
Edison Electric. In 29 Palms Marine Base and various other Navel Bases.
Southern Ca. 2002 to 2005 MasTec Aerial and underground Construction
Supervised 5 to 10 sub contractors and Inspection. Aerial, directional
bore, sawcut, trenching ATV, TelCo in Bay Area. 2005 Cable.Com of
Calif. Construction Supervisor.GO 95 and Rule 20 Inspector. Aerial and
underground manager,2 to 6 sub crews.Grassvaly, Nevada City, Redding.

2006 to2007 FTTN, VRAD Locations. ATT inspector, aerial and underground.
Lightspeed project complying with GO95 and Rule 20. City of Lincoln.
2007to 2011 RRT North (Cable Mining Project A.T.&T.) Field Manager
Fresno Area, Redding, Reno,Chico, North Bay, Sacramento, Oroville,
Paradise, Marysville, Yuba City, and Stockton. Inspect removal of copper
by crews/ traffic control, Cal trans, city, and counties. Safety and
security inspector, of removed copper and lead ( we shipped 2 to 4 million
dollars a week out of Sacramento. 2012 to 2013 Praxes: Portola, Quincy,
Loyelton, Susanville. Make ready for Aerial, placing fiber optic cable
to conform to G.O.95 and A.T.& T.Specs. Susanville, walk through for fiber
placement.
Inspect underground and aerial plant in Quincy for path for fiber optic.
2013 to Present, I am currently instructing at A.T.T. school part-time in
Stockton, and various locations in Calif. Pole climbing, buck squeeze,
safety, first aid, defensive driving and light lift truck, hogg davis, T-
40 telsta, fork lift. All vehicles that pertain to aerial or underground
construction Also line construction aerial, underground and G.O.95. Class
A Basic Course.

High School: Graduated Chico Senior High
U.S. Army: 6 years Airborne, Special Forces, Ranger, Combat
Engineer, Demolition, and Light Weapons
College: Chico State, Degree in Forestry and studied Police
