Accomplishments:
Started at entry level position and moved up to General Manager in one company. While in
management company grew 250% and profits increased at same rate. Project size increased at
a larger percentage with many jobs in the 12 to 19 million dollar range. I always stayed closely
involved in cost analysis, estimating and scheduling to be sure profits and time restraints were
met. I am very hands on and checked jobs daily and I had a very good working relationship with
the employees. I generally had 35 to 40 people directly under my supervision. I have experience
in mix design, overseeing asphalt plants, and construction of private and highway projects,
which many highway jobs won Arkansas Highway Department awards.
