Work History
Lead Weather Forecaster
Innovative Weather – Milwaukee, WI 05/2011 to Current
Prepared and delivered approximately 4000 hourly risk assessment forecasts for energy/cable companies;
1300 marine forecasts; 1300 flash flood and rainfall forecasts for a metropolitan sewage department; 1300
school district/university forecasts; 1200 online forecast discussion updates; 2000 audio forecasts (recorded
and live); 1200 online webcast forecasts; and 50 professional sport team forecasts.
All forecasts include hourly temperature, dewpoint, wind speed and direction, cloud cover, and severe
weather indices for a 48 hour period with an extended seven day outlook.
Provided decision support services to clients to allow for proper allocation of manpower and resources during
all seasons.
Communicated hazardous weather information to clients via telephone, email, conference calls and smart phone apps.
Analyzed radar and lightning data, in real time, to provide warnings to clients during severe weather events
based on client specific criteria.
Supervised and trained incoming interns on storm interrogation, forecasting, and warning procedures, as well
as, introducing them to Innovative Weather's current operational duties.
Teaching Assistant
University of Wisconsin - M ilwaukee – Milwaukee, WI 09/2012 to 05/2014
Developed course curriculum and figures for a Synoptic Meteorology II laboratory.
Taught the fundamentals of QG-Theory, fronts and jets, PV analysis, and isentropic analysis to upper class-
men undergraduates in a Synoptic Meteorology II laboratory.
Taught three laboratory sections and two online sections of an Introduction to Meteorology course.
Graded papers for a remote sensing undergraduate course and a cloud physics undergraduate course.
Apartment Manager
Northland Properties LLC. – Glendale, WI 07/2012 to 11/2013
Prepared and established rental agreements for 50 units.
Responded to tenant's complains and issues and ensured that each issue was given proper attention.
Supervised the apartment's maintenance staff and interacted with them on daily basis.
Kept organized filing records of current tenant applications, leases, maintenance requests, and parking
agreements.
Undergraduate Research Assistant
Universite of Wisconsin - M ilwaukee – Milwaukee, WI 01/2012 to 05/2012
Worked under the direction of Dr. Paul Roebber to improve the Bourgouin (1994) and Bochierri (1980) algorithms
for freezing rain forecasting.
Analyzed data from locations near the St. Lawrence River Valley to identify errors in forecast soundings and
biases among them.
Corrected biases by performing multiple linear regression techniques.
