In 2006 I dedided to change careers so I choose to be an Optician. I found that I

enjoyed working in a Doctor setting because its what I learned about in college. I

enjoy people and helping people, an this field allows me to do this.

Attended The Ophthalmic Science program At Raritan Valley Community College

Route 28 & Lamington Road North Branch, N.J. from May of 2006 to this May

completing Contacts lense 2 total 31 credits as required by the State board.

SKILLS

Consulting with Patient about their eyewear needs, Measurements, Dispensing

Glasses to the patients. Adjustments and Repairs. Work with computer and insur-

ances, NVA, VSP, IMED, Medicare. Comfortable with phone conversations. Work

well with people, enjoy working with Children and Adults.

Goals

Perform the duties of a Licensed Optician. Consult with patients about their eye-

care needs and Prescription. Keep showroom neat and clean enviroment. To be a

Team member and be a part of the growth of the Practice.
