Personal Trainer,
I’m a certified personal trainer working with seniors who seek a wide range of health needs.
My clientele represent healthy seniors who simply wish to become stronger and enjoy greater
flexibility and balance; to those who are afflicted with Parkinson’s disease, MS, COPD,
strokes, coronary issues, rehabilitative needs, dementia, fibromyalgia and cancer. I work with
specialized equipment for in-home personal training and employ resistance chairs, bands,
agility ladders, walking sticks, free weights, benches, balls and other related equipment.
I been involved with fitness for most of my adult life and recently combined my passion for
running, bicycling, swimming and weight training into completing in several triathlons. During
my professional career as a Data Center Operations Manager I specialized in resource
workflow management and critical systems management. Upon my retirement I wanted to
share my healthy lifestyle and expertise with the senior community. I’m certified as an
Advanced Senior Personal Trainer by the American Senior Fitness Association, and I have
personal experience with both stroke and Parkinson’s clients. I am also certified in CPR/AED
and First Aid. I like to think that I bring an exciting and refreshing approach to the training of
the need based senior segment for strength, balance and cognitive fitness.
