2013-2014
. Analyzed and quantified the environmental impact of international supply
chain by performing a cradle-to-gate life cycle analysis using SimaPro
modeling software.
. Researched the wood veneer manufacturing process and coordinated with
teams across the company (marketing, sustainability, operations, etc) and
around the world (US, France, and Italy) to gather relevant data.
Additional research used for developing assumptions to fill process gaps.
. Drafted and presented report outlining findings and final

. Launched first crowdfunding site dedicated to projects and ideas that
have a positive impact on the African American community. Selected as 2013

to the most appropriate end-of-life destination, provide suggestions for
reuse based on inventory, and model economic activity in the system. Tool
projected waste reduction of 50% by 2025.

impacts of each scenario throughout the region, ROI for facility

. Community based program focused on introducing recycling and the
environment to underserved communities throughout the region.

homes. Project lead to a 40% decrease in energy usage and $3.25 decrease
in energy costs for participants.
. Established partnerships with local schools, businesses and community
organizations. This effort led to the introduction of 4 community gardens,
