Responsibilities

My responsibilities as a food server at Outback are to ensure that every guest that enter the restaurant have

a valuable experience that they will remember and brag about to everyone they know. I make certain during

their dining experience that their drinks are never empty, their food is never unsatisfying and that they never

doubt my knowledge of menu items or bar recipes. I make sure to stay with a positive attitude towards the

public because the most important part of the customer experience is to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Accomplishments

Although I've only recently started Outback i feel as if everyone that is also employed there is like my family.

I feel like I have a very positive upbeat and friendly personality that puts everyone around me in a positive

mood as well.

Skills Used

I demonstrate customer service skills all day with my job. I demonstrate multi tasking, following directions, and

working at a fast pace.Also, its always about teamwork, if one person fails, were all in.

Mimis Cafe - Burlington, NC - March 2009 to March 2014

Responsibilities

Each day at Mimis Cafe I came in ready to work with a positive vibe. The entire crew and even the guest

became like family to me. I spent five years learning and growing from the best restaurant I have ever known.

Accomplishments

When i started off at Mimis I was hired as a hostess, growing from there i became a server, and then a

bartender. No position that I was allowed to be in ever became none of my business, from serving to dish

washing, I made certain that every area of the restaurant if ever needed help i was at their expense.

The skills I demonstrated during this time were customer service, working with a team, multi tasking,
