Initially recruited by my former manager to turn around Encoda Systems flagship media platform,
suffering from instability and repeated failed release commitments. EncodaSystems was acquired
by Harris Corporation, at which time my engineering responsibilities were increased to lead
software engineering for the newly formed Harris Broadcast Division. Guiding a team of over 300
engineers and contractors, across 10 global development locations.
Quickly stabilized the flagship platform and successfully brought the long awaited v5.0 product
release to market
