Support employees; partner with business unit executives and managers to coordinate staffing needs with

immigration considerations. Advise managers on technical issues related to employment law, employee relations,

staffing, policies, procedures, compensation and benefits; train and guide managers and employees on employee

HR Administration and Employee Relations

• Coach and partner with managers on a variety of employee relations issues including disciplinary

interventions, career counseling and exit interview feedback.

Staffing and Immigration

Manage all U.S. nonimmigrant case loads, including assessing case for appropriate visa category selection.

Address status, travel or other related questions.

Provide training to recruiters and hiring managers on how to recognize and proceed with candidates having

immigration needs.

Track Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) and maintain Department of Labor public access files.

Corporate Recruiter (October 2006 – October 2010)
