Responsible for rollout project management, manage and supervise contractors, verify and document

deliverables such as budgets and blueprints. Capacity to verify RBS and nodeB configurations and if

needed also implement it.

Main tasks:

- Sites rollout project management, site budget analysis f or approval/rejection, manage materials

deliverables to contractors, construction/installation reception f or GSM RBSs(Ericsson) and UMTS

nodeBs(Huawei) sites.

- Project management such as: technology renewal for RBS (Ericsson) and nodeB (Huawei), network

inventories f or RBS, nodeB, transmission equipment, and site capacity changes.

- Verify and correct blueprints and budgets of all works made by the contractors.

- Supervise installation and configuration of RBS and nodeBs.

-Maintain up to date documentation of support procedures, guidelines, regulations and quality standards

of implementation for the sites.

- Monitor the performance of new integrated sites in the networks, with support of Radio and

Optimization departments thus always providing high quality.

Responsible for planning, designing, and dimensioning GSM (2G) and UMTS (3G) Sites.

Main Tasks:

-Rollout design f or the GSM and UMTS network sites.

-Identify and implement new radio sites, using GIS apps and cartographic maps, based on needed

coverage, capacity, ROI or because internal statistics/problems.

-Site surveys.

-Drive test analysis.

-Propose or implement network improvements such as tilt changes, azimuths, antennas, RBS/nodeB

f eatures, capacity upgrades.

-Special designs for DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) sites or massive events such as Malls,

Hospitals, Hotels, and Stadiums, Industrial Buildings.

-Link budget calculation for indoor UL-Dl.
