. Successfully leading a framework scrum team. My team is developing

System1 Display that shows plant status including statuses, machine train

diagrams, Asset/instrument hierarchy, plots, alarms/events, etc. to the

customer.

. Build Application development kit that helps develop asset models for a

plant. Application development kit is helping build and release

applications faster.

. Designed and developed WPF application for a tool Yeti, its job is to

graphically represent all the metadata(XML data) we use in modeling our

products. This won a DMP(Direct Material Productivity) award as it saved

more than 4000 manual editing hours and this is still increasing.

. Appreciated for my work and leadership skills for quickly getting up to

speed and leading the team 'Application Development Kit' project. This

project involves gathering requirements from three different teams as

well as creating generic modules which are contributed to the framework.

. Have been working on Agile and using development techniques like TDD

. As a part of the framework team created plug-in to handle remote

machine communication and command execution on a remote machine.

. Studied the hardware protocol(DUST Protocol) by communicating with

the firmware team and referring to the specification document.

. Implemented the tool(wireless simulator) to simulate the input from

hardware that was still under production.

. Used the simulator to perform acceptance and performance test early

during the development cycle.

. Could complete stress testing of the software even before sufficient

hardware was produced for the same.
