Drafts for new Macro and Micro Sites. Planning for New Sites Macro, Micro, Nano, Small Cells and Indoor.
Coverage Maps for Network every Quarter to display enhancements upon network Coverage and Quality.
Drive test and Drive Test Analysis to issue New sites/ Sectors solutions
New Trials for Antenna Systems, Repeater Systems, Indoor solution, Capacity & BSS joint trials with Radio and Test
different Offered technologies from different vendors to Enhance network Performance like Small Cells solutions & Multi Beam
Antenna for Capacity Boosting. ( Successfully Deployed)
LTE Radio Trials and selection of Radio Equipment for LTE & MIMO trials.
Successful Deployment of Co existing with Legacy LTE Sites in 1800MHz and 2600MHz as trial to cover certain high
ends area.
Team Radio Interface in the planning of LTE Band Scenarios planning and LTE Launch and Roll Out.

handling.
Do site predictions and Area coverage predictions using Asset Tool, Also Using ACP (automatic cell planning tools to
modify sites design).
Optimization phase of KPIs Acceptance for Physical actions and power upgrades, to insure no high Drop rate or
decrease in traffic.
Work as an Audit Interface(as in team responsibility ) with Other teams for projects like Stand Alone 3G Sectors, RRU
"Radio Remote Unit" upgrades for Dual Carrier 3G,).
N.B: The projects within our department are based on an Annual Targets and Budgets, with a Quarter Review.
Projects as Trials end upon their Drive tests and KPIs "Key Performance Indicators" supervision for success of Trials.
Projects for Coverage and traffic relieve depends on an annual target of sites or sectors or Equipment upon need.
