Chief Technical Architect at MethodIntegration, Toronto, Canada (August 2009 – June 2014)

MethodIntegration is a web based CRM platform that is completely customizable from head to toe, to fit any business workflow. It also integrates with Quick Books desktop and QuickBooks Online accounting software. I lead a team of 12, including hands-on, review and coaching. I reported directly to the CEO for any architectural revision, changes and strategic plans for the product.

Responsibilities & Achievements:

- Design & Architecture of next version of Method CRM as “Platform as a service” that was highly appreciated for its design, scalability and extensibility by many experts. Well designed for pricing and usability of SMB (Small to Medium Businesses)

- Added many extra features and third party Integration to CRM that was highly appreciated for its usability which eventually led Method to be listed as best innovative company. Citation: PwC’s Top 10 Up-and-Coming Technology Companies, T-Net.

- The new design with Product Roadmap, Architecture, Gap Analysis, Comparative studies and practices won VC funding for its business value and scope. Citation: Techvibes, TechCrunch

- Followed best UX practices like Responsive Design, Flat Design, Mobile First, Touch Friendly, Lean UX and Minimal Text.
