implementing a “total joint” program to the facility which increased the number of
surgeries that could be done daily by the orthopedic surgeons. I was on the surgical team
responsible for the implantation of the first ever cervical vertebral artificial disk in the
state of Washington. This was part of a large scale trial for this procedure.

and to prepare for fabrication. Material would be purchased, and the job would be built to
desired specifications.
I started as a fitter/welder, and worked my way up to project manager after showing
initiative, and hard work.
