Diebold -ADA surveyor/first-line technician – Temp August 2013 – January 2014
• Followed company protocol for proper measurements on ATM units to meet ADA
(American Disability Act) standards.
• Measure the height and depth of the dimensions starting from the touch screen and the
surroundings of the ATM unit from the highest point which is the multi-check deposit
point.
• If unit not in compliance record snapshots from the front and rear view of the ATM unit.
Also record the measurements and snapshots from the ATM space off the floor, through
the wall section, and the front side of the fascia pulled back for ways that the unit can be
dropped or moved for ADA standards.
• Complete and report survey with documented snapshots of unit and excel questionnaire
measurements.
• Upgrade card disk readers by following identity card theft protocol by running tests on
software configuration. Install new card reader board and connect with main ATM unit.
• IDMDB upgrade by replacing the old multi-check reader of the ATM unit and upgrading
the hardware and connect extra wires on the machine. Upgrade memory on the computer
board installing memory chip for system upgrades.
• Perform protocol revising the functionality of the system upgrade by observing the
snapshots taken of the hardware for any technical errors before having the ATM system

• Performed PC Maintenance in conducting Disk cleanup in which will search for
temporary files, logs, offline files, and trash that have on the PC and automatically
removes them.
