-Perform complete dimensional and visual First Article Inspections on products along with full documentation. -Conduct material inspections in accordance with the specifications for the required material. Perform dimensional and visual inspections on finished products complete with required documentation. -Statistical Process Control Coordinator. -Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on in process production using; calipers, microscopes, micrometers, optical comparators, height gage, thread comparator tri-roll, thread ring gage, internal thread GO/NOGO plug gage, profilometer, conductivity meter and BS Holematic Fowler gage. -Identify any problems with non-conforming products.
