1999 to 2005 Manager of Store Planning & Design

Gabbert's - Dallas, TX

In 1999 was brought on to coordinate remodel of 75,000 sq. foot of retail

space. Converted space from a traditional home furnishings retailer to

a branded lifestyle showroom.

Directed Contractors and oversaw on time completion of new space.

Coordinated grand reopening with visual and store management teams.

Worked closely with Lifestyle Manager to provide creative direction & design trends that

would be used in executing bi- annual visual plan.

Responsible for managing and training visual team to ensure a positive

and productive team environment.

Facilitated weekly team meetings for distribution of information and

provided direction for all floor moves and installations with merchandising

and dock teams to maximize dollars per sq.foot, maintained inventory levels.
