Objective

To acquire a position in a positive, team oriented environment where my work experience and

Skills and Objectives

Designed and built electrical panels for 19 years to fit customers’ needs and/or space limitations

Laid out panels, drilled mounting holes, deburred holes, tapped holes for mounting parts and

mounted parts using hand and power tools.

Wired capacitors by stripping wire crimping terminals, labeled wiring, wired contactors,

cabled or routed wires, wired fuse out indicator lights, wired the main distribution block, and to a

fused disconnect switch, if required.

Wired a Novar controller into the unit to control the functioning of the unit.

Installed fans, vents and thermal controls.

Assembled panels from 50 KVAR to 1500 KVAR in panels up to 7 w X 9 h X 2 d.

Tested units for quality assurance.

Machined rotors on lathe using micrometers and calipers to assure rotor is within

tolerance.

Removed and installed bearings on rotors after machining

Wrote the factory portion of the ISO 9001. Involved in

CSA inspections to assure the products met

qualifications to be shipped to Canada.
