requirements development, design, integration, and test. Examples of my programmatic experience and
knowledge include:
• Detailed program planning and execution control for the Nissan Titan/Armada development
• Development, Coordination, Execution, Control, and Reporting of Multi-Million $ / Multi-Year
development efforts as part of the Army's Future Combat Systems incorporating schedule &
resource development, Earned Value Management System processes, Weekly, Monthly, Design
Review reporting, and direct labor/material budget control
• Led multiple subcontract efforts from Proposal through Source Selection to the day to day
management & execution requiring intimate knowledge of FAR/DFAR/Project Management
processes to include several of the items noted above (Slip Ring,
Instrumentation/Communications System, Titan/Armada vendor selection/negotiation)
• Successfully negotiated & implemented a $16M contract modification which included deliverables
ranging from additional test machines to mobility systems, to verification/calibration HW/SW
• Actively Managed the successful planning, design & delivery, and reporting of a $MM, large
volume (>1000 units) program.

Design, Build, and Integration of Henrob product.
• Defined and implemented Program/Project Management Processes including
