Business Turnaround

Rebuilt and transformed a technology organization from the ground up ensuring long term sustainability; hired 25 new

employees and established performance reviews, moved from legacy products to the newest technologies, created a QA

department, and introduced a full development/change/release process.

Quality Assurance

Created a QA department and established quality assurance processes for an on line gaming site, established live full

system testing before major releases, and stabilized the server from 1 crash daily to running uninterrupted for 30 days and

more.

Performance & Productivity

Stabilized the server for a $10M operation in only 6 months, eliminating any potential server crash. Increased the functionality of

the product directly competing with companies possessing development teams up to 4 times larger, raised productivity by at

least 50%, and drove revenues up by 40% in the first year.

Created a 2 step process and scalable architecture salvaging a major contract with a national Sports Channel. Within 6

months revenues increased by 40%, stimulated primarily by this contract.

US Company hired Sublime Solutions to develop complex client/ server systems for wireless solutions.

Managed the software development team for DII (US company) building a full integrated client/ server application for wireless

systems.

Technology used

Developed complex client server systems managing M2M wireless sensors and providing alert notification solutions. The

developed product includes management, monitoring, database and complex browsing systems.

The backend can be deployed on local intranet as well as on secure cloud platform. Developed modules for wireless detector

Units/ Gateways with Ethernet, Wi Fi and cellular interfaces. Created the full set of test plans and procedures.

Modules were developed using .NET / C# 4.0 / HTTPs, REST, SQL Server 2008, Visual Studio 2010 and Apache, PHP (JQuery,

HTML, CSS) for the browser.
