for site publishing programs and troubleshooting for website builders. Offer services that boost the

Set up several workstations with computers and telephones, using Power Over Ethernet

switches for internet and telephone power, and network fax/printer/copier. Installed internet router,

set up wireless connection, managed router security. Troubleshoot computers or hardware should

performance computers, installing Ethernet cable for forty workstations, troubleshooting a VOIP

Power Supply Failure 03/2014

Unable to turn on or show any response from the power button, determined that an electrical

surge burned out the power supply in a desktop computer. Checked hard drive, found no issues before

replacing old supply. Powered on with no issues and booted to start screen.

Wi-Fi Issues 03/2014

PC stopped receiving signal from the wireless router, found a wire pulled from the internal

adapter. Once reconnected, wireless signal depleted drastically. New adapter successfully installed with

full wireless capability.
