Senior Program Finance Manager

Directed establishment and implementation of integrated Cost Account and

Program Cost Control Function for Exelis (ITT). Directed financial control

of performance on all Government contractual work at location in order to

safeguard company assets and profit position. Represented Exelis on

contract audits and negotiation with customers. Functional

responsibilities also included Material Audit, Timekeeping, and Labor

Audit, Bid and Proposal Cost support. Expected to perform duties semi-

. Directed all general accounting, P&L reporting, budgeting, financial

forecasting and project accounting functions.

. Supervised a staff of 10+, involving training, workflow, quality control,

and conflict resolution and review process.
