Program Cost Control Function for Exelis (ITT). Directed financial control
of performance on all Government contractual work at location in order to
safeguard company assets and profit position. Represented Exelis on
contract audits and negotiation with customers. Functional
responsibilities also included Material Audit, Timekeeping, and Labor
