Senior Program Finance Manager

Directed establishment and implementation of integrated Cost Account and

Program Cost Control Function for Exelis (ITT). Directed financial control

of performance on all Government contractual work at location in order to

safeguard company assets and profit position. Represented Exelis on

contract audits and negotiation with customers. Functional

responsibilities also included Material Audit, Timekeeping, and Labor

Audit, Bid and Proposal Cost support. Expected to perform duties semi-

Responsible for the performance and profitability of the AT&T Global

Managed Network Services out tasking business ($250M revenue) reporting

directly to the MNS operations Vice President and CFO of AT&T Solutions.

. Directed all general accounting, P&L reporting, budgeting, financial

forecasting and project accounting functions.

. Supervised a staff of 10+, involving training, workflow, quality control,

and conflict resolution and review process.

. Recommended and implemented profit enhancing and expense reduction

strategies that realized a $6M positive EBIT result vs. prior year

losses.

. Responsible for the management of over 800 Commercial and Government IT

contracts. Providing proposal pricing and costings.

. Assisted in the preparation of bids and proposals in coordination with
