Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Testing of Thermostats, Thermal Fuses and Maintaining Quality as per

IS: 3017-85 and IS: 302-79 recommended by BIS (Bureau of Indian

Standards) and as per Client's Recommendations.

. Implement the QMS (ISO 9001:2008) in the organization, Train workers

and supervisory staff to create awareness of ISO standards and thereby

creating ISO culture in the organization.

. Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality

manuals, quality procedures, etc.

. Conduct controlled testing on products to determine how the products

perform in a simulated environment.

. Achieve quality assurance objectives by contributing information and

analysis of manufacturing and inspection processes, implementing quality

standards, identifying and resolving problems, determining system

improvements and implementing change.

. GAP Analysis, Development of Policy Documents, Awareness Trainings,

Assets Identification and Classification, Control Implementations, Review

Implementation.

. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits

finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.

. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for

process related concerns.

. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the

quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen, SPC etc.

. Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes

comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.

activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.

. Co-ordination with other departments for corrective and preventive

actions on quality issues, and to ensure fundamental analysis is

conducted and appropriate actions are taken to closure.

. Responsible for developing programs to evaluate accuracy and

precision of production by measuring equipments and testing.

. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and

preventive actions, Supplier rating and assessment on periodic basis to

promote continuous improvement.

. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing

and summarizing information and trends including failed processes,

stability studies, parts rejects, corrective actions and re-validations.

. Printer configuration & Troubleshooting.

. Configure and troubleshooting LAN - WAN related problem.

. Installing applications (MS office, Antivirus etc.)

. Supervised and performed the installation of new system software and

desktop computer.
