AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER MANAGER

A customer-focused Automotive Service Manager and Advisor seek to bring 26 years of

experience to an employer who values hard work and commitment. After finishing my

Automotive Education I entered an independent shop as a Technician where I earned my

ASE certification and entered the Chevrolet and Oldsmobile Dealerships over ten years.

After transferring to the front of the Service Department as a Dispatcher I managed up to

17 technicians. My Service career began its next stage when I became an Advisor and

Assistant Service Manager. I’m seeking to grow into a larger dealership and

Proficient user of Reynolds and Reynolds, ADP, X time, MPI Inspection software, and ASR

inspection software.
