technical resources and resolving day-to-day technical issues for its internal customers working in onsite.

Responsibilities & Contributions:

Create ID’s for the newly recruited employee and give them the access for all the Sysco related

applications.

Handle High priority tickets single handedly.

On time delivery of objects assigned.

Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and

identifying solutions.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Project duration : January 13th 2014 to till date

Responsibilities & Contributions:

Handle High priority tickets single handedly.

On time delivery of objects assigned.

Trained a team of 5 for all the support and project related expectations and deliverables.

Installations and Trouble shooting of windows Operating system, application software and drivers.
