As a support agent my duties involved troubleshooting PDA devices and installing related software. Specifi-

cally establishing data connection, setting up email on the devices, and software such as MS Outlook, and

other similar applications. Operating system maintenance and sometimes reformatting device OS and rein-

stalling related

desktop software. During my time at WDS GLOBAL I received over 30 quality awards. I was awarded three

over achievement citations and was quality captain for over 6 months.

MANPOWER - Wireless Data Support Agent 1/12/2006 to 4/1/2006

Under contract through Manpower with WDS GLOBAL involved a training period, and 3 months real time.

Was hired for the full time position in April 2006.
