Implementation and UCCX Scripting.
Commercial Bank of Sri Lanka – IM & Presence Implementation
IM & Presence Services, Unified Presence 8.6 with High Availability on UCS & Cisco Jabber for
Windows.
Union Assurance PLC – Data Center Relocation Project
Shifted the HO Data Center to their new location. Project included reconfiguration of Cisco
3750, 2960 switches and Cisco 3945, 2801 routers. And also included relocation of MCS
servers which runs IPCC & WFO QM. I worked as an implementation engineer for the project.
Commercial Bank of Sri Lanka – Data Center Relocation Project
Shifted Commercial bank old data center to their new premises including IT infrastructure
users. Project included reconfiguration of Cisco 6506E, 3750, 3560 switches and Cisco 3925
routers. And also UCS server which runs CUCM, UCCX, CU Enterprise Attendant Console &

Commercial Bank of Sri Lanka – UC Solution
This UC solution contains deployment of UC apps on virtualized environment with Cisco UCS
servers and VMware. Following tasks were achieved within this solution.
CUCM cluster upgrade from version 4.3 to 8.6 with 1000+ users
UCCX cluster upgrade from version 6 to 8.5 with skill based routing
Unity Connection 8.0 for voice messaging with high availability
Verba solution for call recording covering contact center and other key business units
Deployment of Cisco 7900 and 6900 series phones
Integration of H.323, MGCP and SIP gateways
Cisco Attendant Console to facilitate operators
Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC)– Branch Voice & Data upgrade project
SLIC voice network contains a CUCM version 8.5 cluster, a UCCX 8.5 cluster with two servers
each and a QM Server for contact center recording. Branches are configured on 2900 series
routers which facilitate SRST, AAR, QoS, Policy based routing, PSTN dialing (FXO) and many
other features.

DIALOG TELECOM PLC – AVAYA Voice Portal maintenance
Maintenance of Dialog’s AVAYA voice portal which contains a number of Avaya/IBM servers.
This is one of the main systems which interact between Dialog and the customers. Currently
I’m working as an onsite engineer while providing maintenance and upgrades for the system.

Key Projects worked on –
John Keells Holdings PLC – VOIP and data Network upgrade Project
Maintenance of JKH Data Network with Cisco devices such as 6506E, FWSM, C3750, 3845,
2801, Cisco Works and etc. This network expands across six Metro locations and around 100
Remote locations; thereafter I carried out the maintenance and upgrades of JKH Data and
VOIP Network.
Standard Chartered Bank Sri Lanka– Network Restructure upgrade Project
Restructured the whole SCB head office network with VLAN segmentation and HSRP for
redundancy. Configuration done with Cisco C4506, C3560, 2811, 2620, C2960, C2950, C3550,
ect. Thereafter I carried out the maintenance support to the SCB network.
Union Assurance PLC - Data & Voice Network Upgrade Project
Design the Upgrade of Data and Voice Network with the Cisco 3560 Switches; I worked as a
support engineer for the data part of the Upgrade project and carried out the maintenance
support to the Union Assurance Data & Voice Network.
John Keells Holdings PLC - DR Shifting Project
Shifted the JKH DR site to their new office premises including the DR Data center and IT
infrastructure users. Project included reconfiguration of Cisco 6506, 3750E, 3560 switches and
Cisco 3845, 2801, 1841 routers. I worked as an implementation engineer for the project.
